Q1: How to ensure quality?

A: (1) To ensure the precision of each component, we are equipped with a variety of professional processing equipment and have accumulated professional processing techniques over the past few years.
(2)Each component must undergo strict inspection by quality inspectors before assembly.
(3)Each assembly process is handled by technicians with more than 5 years of work experience.
(4)After all equipment is completed, we will connect the entire production line and run it for at least 12 hours to ensure stable operation in the customer's factory.

Q2: Will your machines undergo testing and commissioning before delivery?

A: Yes, we will test and commission the machines before delivery. If customers have special fabric requirements, we can also conduct weaving tests with the machines before delivery.

Q3: What are the main application fields of the fabrics produced by your machines?

A: The knitted fabrics produced by our machines are mainly used in clothing, home textiles (such as bed sheets, mattress fabrics, carpets), sports fabrics (such as yoga fabrics, diving fabrics, sportswear), shoe fabrics, etc. In addition, the patterns produced by the jacquard machines can be easily created by computers without restrictions, so the fabrics have a wide range of uses.

Q4: Will your machines be supervised and tested before delivery?

A: Yes. If you have any special requirements, you can send samples for analysis, and we can test the machines according to your samples before shipment.

Q5: How to control product quality during peak seasons?

A: Our warehouse has sufficient raw materials to meet the needs of mass production. In addition, our factory is equipped with a dedicated process manager who is responsible for controlling every link of production. The production management of regular parts adopts the ERP system. Our production plan is strictly formulated according to the order date.

Q6: What about the machine transportation and documents?

A: We will inform you of the freight to your nearest port. If you agree, we can conduct the transaction under the FOB (Free on Board) term. If you have your own freight forwarder, we can cooperate with them. We will provide relevant documents, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List; if you need other documents, we will also provide them.

Q8: What about the price? Can it be cheaper?

A: We always put customers' interests first. The price can be negotiated according to specific circumstances, and we guarantee to provide you with the most competitive price.

Q9: After-sales Service

A: (1) After the completion of production, we will commission the production line, take photos and videos, and send them to the customer via email or instant messaging tools.
(2)After the commissioning is completed, we will pack the equipment with standard export packaging for transportation.
(3)Engineers, sales managers and after-sales service managers will form an after-sales team to follow up on customer projects through a combination of online and offline methods.
